Joseph has recently come to LOVE the computer. But he's no longer just playing Starfall with mom or dad. He wants to type himself. And he knows where all the keys are, too. We open up Microsoft Word, put the font size at 48-point, and he goes to town! He even likes to spell things, with a little help from mom and dad.

The concentration is amazing.

He did the alphabet all by himself. No kidding. We helped with his name. He knows all the letters in his name, but needs help with the order. However, if we sound it out, he can figure out the letters too. Well, except for the "ph." That's confusing.

He did these with only a little help too. We sounded these out phonetically. "What does Gramma start with?" and we sound out "g" and Joseph hits the G. Then we go "G-rrrrr" and he hits the R. And so on. I have no idea how he learned the sounds for so many letters.
