This morning, Cort and I had a discussion about the doctrine of forum non conveniens and how it might implicate the constitutionally guaranteed right to trial by jury if a case were dismissed in favor of a forum with no jury system -- in the playroom over four kids, a Brainy Baby DVD, a loud game of peek-a-boo in a big nylon tunnel, and a rousing rendition of Row Row Row Your Boat.
